During the past two semesters at RARE Lab and I had the chance to work on projects that helped me grow both technically and personally. This experience gave me the chance to grow as a researcher while also working with a great team of people.

I worked with Ridhima on protective indicators to help mitigate robot abuse and with Hong on building a mobile application for the recipe recommendation project. These projects helped me apply what I was learning in meaningful ways and gave me valuable hands-on experience.

I am especially grateful for Professor Han’s guidance and advice, which made a big difference in my time here. I also enjoyed building friendships with the other members of the lab and learning from their ideas and perspectives.

My time at RARE Lab has been a very rewarding experience. I am thankful for the opportunity and excited to carry what I learned here into my future work.

Hi! My name is Paramveer Singh Bhele, and I am a junior at the University of South Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am passionate about software development, data science, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. My technical skills include Python, NumPy, Pandas, C++, JavaScript and API integration, which I have applied in various projects to solve real-world challenges.

I hope to gain valuable experience in human-robot interaction, artificial intelligence, and cognitive science through RARE Lab and further enhance my understanding of these fields by working on real-life projects. This opportunity aligns with my aspirations to contribute to impactful research while expanding my knowledge and skills in transformative technologies.
