Haseen Munawar Patwary

Hello! My name is Haseen Munawar Patwary, and I’m a freshman Mechanical Engineering student at the University of South Florida.

I currently work in a Materials Lab, where I’ve gained hands-on experience in advanced polymer composites, thermal testing, and instrumentation. This background helps me bring a strong foundation in real-world hardware systems and experimental design.

At the RARE Lab, I’m exploring the exciting intersection of robotics, autonomy, human-robot interaction, and augmented reality. My goal is to bridge hardware and software—combining mechanical systems, electronics, and intelligent algorithms—to design robots that are both impactful and intuitive.

I’m passionate about building systems that integrate AI and user-centered design, and I hope to contribute to projects that shape the future of robotics in a positive light and in meaningful ways.
